Mine had to have series of x-rays, photos and dentist's reports for the teeth in question just to prove that my work was necessary, not cosmetic. In fact I had coverage for one tooth declined for that very reason. As for a loan, ask the dentist office. I'm sure they have financing steps they will help you through.
